The idea
It started with a missed delivery.
The founder of Loka8 came home to a missed delivery slip and no way to reach the courier. The phone number on the slip was wrong. The package was returned. It was a small frustration — but it pointed to a much bigger problem.
Property entrances are the first point of contact between a building and the outside world. Yet there is no standard, secure, reliable way for a visitor to reach the right person. Loka8 is that standard.
